Ways toStreamline Your Design Process
Our aim is always to provide you with a professional quality product for the least cost possible. This means keeping your design time down. To do that:
- Send us ideas you have; sketches, mock ups, other brochures or designs you like so we can hit your design preference right off.
- Send us images of other promotional pieces you have so we can coordinate your look.
- Send clear clean copy. We can edit it for you if needed.
- Send good quality images. (As they came from the camera, unaltered or cropped please)
- If we don’t have it on file send the best quality logo you have.
Printing/publishing
- We can prepare your brochure or newsletter for the printer of your choice or manage the offset printing process on your behalf—ensuring the best balance of quality and cost.
- In some cases, we’re able to print newsletters in-house; however, please note these will include a white border.
- NOTE: Brochure printing takes longer than flat designs, especially ones with complicated folds. Please allow for this. Contact us for estimated print times.
- We also offer professionally designed digital newsletters formatted for platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and other email service providers.
Ownership & File Management
- You retain 100% ownership of your artwork.
- We store your files for easy reprints or updates.
- If your logo requires adjustments for professional print, we will optimize it and provide you with all necessary formats, including scalable vector files. For your convenience, we also keep these files on hand for future use.
One of the things that takes up unnecessary design time is fixing up poor quality images or finding images. Here are resources for you to assist in that process.

What we need to Design your literature
This is the information we need in order to design a literature piece for your ministry/organization: ...
How to use templates
Print Quality: 3oo dpi. This includes the images used. For software like Canva, Publisher, and the like save out at Print Quality in a PDF.
Color space: CMYK. If you submit your design in RGB we will convert it. Note that CMYK is a smaller color space so there may be some color shifting. We will notify you if it is significant.
Bleed: 0.125″ The bleed is built into the templates. It is necessary to have color go all the way to the edges when the brochure is cropped after printing. Please make sure all background elements go into the bleed area.
Margins: Typically 0.125″ – .25″ depending on the printer. Please keep text inside these margins
