At a flat $20 per hour. full service web development: updating to a complete rewrite and redesign, or a brand new website. SEO, image development, and UX design are included.  General maintenance of our websites are free.

Video Production Solutions

  • We are now offering quality videos for a flat fee of $250 (Plus any travel related expenses).
  • These services are for small to medium projects and are subject to project load and staff availability.  
  • Filming is also available within the US, however you would be responsible for any travel related expenses.
  • Video production includes editing of footage and production of master copy DVDs, along with quality copying of DVD’s (at additional cost)
  • Creating of YouTube and/or Vimeo ready files available upon request.

For onsite filming we use: 

  • Video Cameras
    • Sony PXW-Z150 4K UHD 2160p
    • Sony A7Rii still camera capable of 4K UHD 2160p
    • Canon R5 still camera capable of 4K UHD 2160p

POSITION: Media Solutions Team Lead

SERVICE AREA: Media Solutions

REPORTS TO: Vice President

ACCOUNTABLE FOR: Staff members, volunteers, and interns assigned to Media Solutions.

OVERVIEW: The Team Lead for Media Solutions plays a critical role in supporting TECH Team Advantage by providing strategic oversight and operational direction for the department. This position ensures the efficient management of workflows for both new and ongoing projects, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations. The Team Lead fosters collaboration, quality assurance, and innovation in alignment with the organization’s mission and values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate the intake of new projects, establish realistic timelines, and assign tasks to team members based on workload capacity.
  • Oversee and manage the internal DART system to maintain an organized workflow and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Monitor project quality and uphold high standards of deliverables.
  • Manage the department’s budget and fiscal responsibilities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in media solutions.

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Uphold the organization’s purpose, mission, and values by maintaining high standards of conduct.
  • Ensure adherence to the Media Solutions Office Guide and related protocols.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for communication between staff and clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Maintain and update inventory, including items and pricing.
  • Strengthen interdepartmental collaboration and support.
  • Actively participate in public relations activities to promote the department and its services.
  •

  • Strong passion for and experience with ministry and missionary outreach.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proven managerial experience with an emphasis on leadership and team development.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in ministry or mission-related work is highly preferred.
  • Relevant experience in graphic design, web development, or print production is strongly desired.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Graphic design
  • print production
  • working with and ministering to clients
  • communicating and working with vendors
  • research outsource opportunities for clients
  • researching new products and vendors
  • maintain equipment
  • personal skill development

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • maintain records of chargeable time spent to produce each project 
  • guide interns and volunteers as needed 
  • attend all departmental meetings and participate in the discussions 
  • do everything in accordance with the policy manual 
  • present reports as required by the Manager of Graphic Solutions, the President, or the Board of Trustees 
  • keep the Manager of Graphic Solutions adequately informed of all projects and services 

REQUIRED SKILLS:  

  • demonstrate creativity and originality: the ability to think of new approaches to communication ideas.
  • strong understanding design
  • ability to work with other team members on design or on finishing projects.
  • conceptualization–able to take someones abstract ideas and turn them into something concrete
  • proficient in design software. at this time we work in Adobe.
  • organization—maintain records of work and time served on each project 
  • interpersonal skills—able to interact with all levels of an organization and in multicultural settings  
  • time management– ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, each with different deadlines.
  • flexible and a good team player—ability to collaborate with other team members on projects and remain open to new ideas 
  • analytical skills—must be able to look at work from the customer’s point of view and examine how the visual communication tools they develop will be perceived by consumers to ensure they convey the client’s desired message

TECH Team is comprised of both full-time and part-time support-raised missionary staff (they raise their own funds), volunteers, and retirees who have chosen to dedicate their technical skills, passions, and training to the work of spreading the Good News of God’s love and salvation as they seek to make a difference for eternity. 

 

OVERVIEW: Web Designers serving in Graphic Solutions at TECH develop, design, and maintain websites and web applications so clients can increase their impact and continue making a difference for eternity. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • communicate with clients to determine their specific needs, desires, and goals

  • interpersonal skills—able to interact with all levels of an organization and in multicultural settings  
  • flexible and a good team player—ability to collaborate with other team members on projects and remain open to new ideas
