What is it?
Contribution Management System (CMS) efficiently and effectively manages your contact and donor information.

What does it do?

Some of the features of CMS are:

  • maintains detailed donor information
  • prints mailing labels or envelopes
  • exports and imports for CASS certification
     imports new names and addresses
  • print receipts using MS Word
  • exports receipt deposit to your accounting software
  • numerous reports for donor tracking and development
  • Data conversion available, if desired.
  • The network version uses MySQL or any ODBC database.
  • CMS for Churches also tracks small groups and attendance.
  • Phone app available for viewing addresses and maps, phone numbers, emails, and donations while on the road.

Missionary Support Team (MST)

What is it?

MST helps an individual missionary track his own support team (a more personal version of CMS). With this software package, a missionary can more effectively manage this information.

What does it do?

  • enters names, addresses, emails, website addresses, etc.
  • creates user-defined groups specific to your support team
  • prints reports, labels, envelopes, etc.
  • sends email to groups from within the program
  • tracks donors’ pledges and required support level
  • tracks communication history with a contacts
  • appointments and tasks with pop-up reminders

MasterLink (for Master Clubs)

What is it?

MasterLink record-keeping software keeps track of clubber information, projects, badges and so much more.

What does it include?

What is it?

The Missionary Information App allows a missionary to communicate personal info, prayer requests, upcoming events and financial needs to their prayer and financial supporters, as well as push notifications to them about changes to any of this information. 

A missionary may use this app to enter their information and Facebook, blog, and/or donate website links. Those interested in following their ministry use the same app to stay up-to-date with what is happening and how to contact them.

OVERVIEW: Software Developers serving in Software Solutions at TECH provide programs and apps for a wide range of mission and missionary needs, allowing clients to increase their impact and continue making a difference for eternity.

As we build a Software Development Team, we are looking for individuals who have skills in one or more of the sectors that make up the software development cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES will include one or more of the following:

  • interact with client regarding their needs and how software can help and collect related documentation
  • analyze needs and provide overall design of database and software systems
  • ability to layout and design screens for ease of user interaction
  • write and implement efficient code
  • test and commend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization
  • support users and document items needing to be modified or enhanced
  • develop documentation and/or quality assurance procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technology
  • ability to learn new technology quickly
  • ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
  • good communication skills—both written and verbal
  • attention to detail and ability to research complex issues to ensure the best and most efficient results

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 4-year degree or 3 years of experience is desired, or a high school graduate with an amazing can-do spirit and eagerness to go above and beyond to achieve superior results

OVERVIEW: Computer Programmers serving in Software Solutions at TECH Collaborate with designers, project managers, clients and other Front-End Developers to engineer and build high quality web applications. This allows clients to increase their impact and continue making a difference for eternity.

As we build a Software Development Team, we are looking for individuals who have skills in one or more of the sectors that make up the software development cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES will include one or more of the following:

  • Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them
  • Identify the need for specific processes, tools and reports and create them accordingly
  • Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
  • Participate in the development of business strategy and develop and manage business plans to achieve objectives
  • Assist Management teams by designing, adapting, and improving reports
  • Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives and direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment team
  • Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
  • Deploy and maintain Applications/Systems
  • Aid in the development of new, optimized, SQL (stored procedures and ad hoc)
  • Enhance existing SQL for new features and/or performance
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, updates, and improvements to existing systems as necessary
  • Proactively participate in the ongoing development of applications that meet the needs of the agency
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual data processing and eliminate error; and to eliminate duplicative work and information
  • Monitor, adjust, and improve existing automated data processing solutions using VBA to ensure smooth and timely running of internal systems
  • Produce ad-hoc reports, analyses, and research as required
  • Provide general support to account management and analytics teams wherever possible and appropriate
  • Dedicated to quality client service; proactive and responsive to client needs
  • Ability to develop accurate estimates on work packages and ensures the accuracy of estimates

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with IBM ALC programming language in a z/OS environment
  • Experience with IBM Job Control Language (JCL)
  • Experience with IBM Database 2 (DB2)/Structured Query Language (SQL) development
  • Experience with Endeavor
  • Ability to work with little oversight on a team with remote teammates
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in client support
  • Excellent attention to detail capability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management
