ShowStyle® Breifcase tabletop display
24" tall x 48" wide + 7.5" for header when open. Folds to 24" wide x 13" tall x 4" deep
The ShowStyle® briefcase tabletop compact self-contained display comes with a blank header. The header is clipped on the back for travel and the panels stay in place. Just clip the header in, fold and go. The display is backed with Velcro fabric. You may attach your own graphics with included Velcro dots or add 1, 2, 3 or 4 graphic panels as well as a header graphic. Order an extra header with or without a graphics to update your existing display.

About this product
The ShowStyle Briefcase tabletop display eliminates the need for awkward panels and shipping cases. The display comes with a header which fits snugly in the back of the briefcase when traveling. Release the tabs and set it up on top and you are ready to show. Extra headers are available.
Header finish and graphic panels are priced separately. You can order any combination, or order replacement ones without the display.
For the panels we do high quality printing on a non-curl block out film substrate. Each panel is held in place on the Velcro fabric with low profile Velcro strips. Let us know if you would like custom shaped panels.
The header print is high quality printing on Aquavinyl, sticky back, finished with matte cold laminate.
Design
We provide graphic design services for your custom graphic needs at $20 per hour.

Graphic panels
* NOTE: The center is two panels.
Panel Size:
- Outer two panels: 11.875 wide x 24″ tall.
- Inner two panels: 23.72″ wide together x 23.812″ high. (Please note these two will be cut in half. Adjust your text or small details accordingly. +)
- Total for all four = 24″ x 47.5″
Panel Construction:
- Hi quality printing on a non-curl block out substrate.
- Finished with Velcro strips on back to hold the panels in place.
NOTE that they can be left in the display for transport or swapped out with other graphics.
You may print your own pictures and affix them to the Velcro fabric if you like. Velcro dots are included with your display for that purpose.

Setting up templates
If you are using a software other than InDesign or Illustrator please set up your artboard using the specs on the templates.

Note that the two center panels are slightly shorter than the outside panels.
- Visual design area = 78.75″ x 23.5″
The bleed is important to make sure white lines do not show at the top and bottom and so we can mount them in the banner stand.
Submitting designs
Illustrator AI and PDF, Photoshop PSD, and PNG files included.
You may use these templates to send us your concepts or you may do the design yourself. If you do that please see our Graphic Guidelines.
- Use the templates and include the bleed on the template. (hide or delete the template before submitting)
- Templates indicate where the cut lines go in your design. Please try and design so that cut lines do not go through the middle of letters.
- Submit files at 300 dpi or high quality printing.
- Submit designs with layers intact if possible. In most software save as a PDF. This lets us do color or other corrections more easily.
- Turn fonts to outlines or rasterize them.
