Site & Vehicle Maintenance

• Keep Sites Clean & Tidy:Dispose of all trash properly and avoid clutter around your RV to help maintain a neat and welcoming environment.
• No Vehicle Repairs: Vehicle maintenance or repairs are not permitted within the premises.
• Proper Sewer ConnectionsSewer connections must be airtight.
• Water Usage: Please conserve water. Report any leaks or water issues to TECH staff immediately.

Pet Policies

• Leash Requirement: Pets must be on a leash and under control at all times when outside your RV.
• Clean Up After Pets: Pet owners must promptly clean up and dispose of pet waste.

General Park Rules

• Designated Parking Only: Please park only in your assigned space. Do not park on grass or in common areas without prior approval.
• Fire Safety: Campfires and grill use must follow all county fire regulations.
• Shared Facilities: Help keep restrooms, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces clean for everyone’s use.
• Emergency Procedures: Know where to find emergency contact info and procedures. Ask staff if unsure.
• Compliance with Local Laws: All guests must adhere to applicable local ordinances.
• Noise & Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of others and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

Additional Considerations

• Respect Privacy: Do not walk through other campers’ sites. Respect personal space.
• Be Courteous: Treat other campers and TECH staff with kindness and respect.
• Leave No Trace: Leave your site clean and undamaged. Take all belongings and trash with you upon departure.
