The text you would like on your literature
Any pictures you would would like on your product. (As best quality as you have, straight from the camera or phone. Or links to free images you would like us to consider: see the resources tab)
Logo for your product (if we do not have it on file) Please send the best you have to avoid design charges for redrawing your logo for print. Vector is best (SVG, EPS, PDF, AI are usually vector files)
What product you would like and the size you want. (See Template tab for standard templates and alternative sizes.
Design concepts you prefer, sketches of ideas you have or images of products you want us to coordinate with.
An understanding of the audience you are reaching and an understanding of your ministry are helpful so we can design for those.

Royalty Free Images websites
Here are some websites we frequently use to obtain background or illustration images. You can download the images of your choice and send them to us or just send us the link.
If you wish to submit your own design for print, or even to start one and let us finish it off for you we can provide templates for you. Below are some of the most common templates. If you want something different just let us know.
Offset printing requires the files to be at 3oo dpi, in CMYK color space and with the background image bleed beyond the cut line, with important things like text inside margins.
Common papers for these products are
100 lb cover (like the cover of a magazine).
14 pt un-coated (if you want to be able to write on it easily, like for a form.)
14 pt C2S (hot pressed, slightly glossy)
16 pt C2S (a bit heavier than normal, giving a richer feel)
Kitchen magnet material are available in some sizes
Products may be ordered with or without UV coatings. Other specialty papers, raised ink options, and other coatings available.

Door Hangers
Door Hangers typically come in a
3.5″ x 8.5″ or
4.25″ x 11″size with options for
1″ cut out or
1.5″ cutout.
You may order them one or tw0-sided, with or without a perforated tear off.
Here is a Door Hanger template for the most common, a 4.25″ x 11″ with a 1.25″ circle, with perforated bottom, 2-sided. Contact us for other template options.
Post/Prayer/Pew or other two-sided cards.
These can be ordered in a multitude of sizes, horizontal or vertical, and one or two-sided.

Business cards are typically 3.5″x2″ size on 16 pt card-stock with UV coating on the front but there are many options. Here are a few.

For ease of uploading you can zip all of your files into one folder. (Select your files, right click and select ‘compress’ or ‘zip’) Each upload has a 2 GB limit. Be sure and tell us in the message line who the file is for. Do not close the page until the file upload is complete.
