About this product
This product can be set to different heights. The telescope pole easily adjusts and locks into your desired height with no slippage, from 101” down to 34″ tall, and anywhere in between.
Here are some of the unusual features.
- Adjust the height of the banner with a simple twist of the pole. Set the overall height of your display between 101″ all the way down to 35″ tall and anything in between. Unlike many other poles, this display easily locks solidly into place; and unlocks just as easily. Use your display in a variety of venues, from a large convention to a small home meeting.
- There is no cross piece allowing the display to sit back against the wall. When used on a tabletop, this leaves space in front of the display to place other items.
- Tension is wound on and released under the chrome plated end caps. There is a place for the Allen wrench at one end to release tension and an octagonal hole at the other for winding tension on the banner. Tools included.
- The leader is held in with a magnetic strip allowing you to easily change out banners. Extra leaders are available upon request.
- Replacement only banners come with a new leader so you can easily change out the banners.

Design

If you want to design your own please use the templates on the next tab. Use only high quality images.
If you provide your own design we carefully check over your files and do any correction needed, up to 1 hour free. Corrections after that are at $20 per hour. We contact you before doing those.

- Full Banner itself, with bleed is 103 1/8″ tall x 34 7/8″ wide
(because part of the banner is under the top rail at the top and part is wound down in the stand)
- Installed in stand display is 101″ tall x 35″ wide. It can be retracted down to 31.75″ tall.
- Visual design area is 98″ down to 29.75” tall x 34.7/8” wide
Mechanism: 34" Deluxe Telescope Retractable Banner Stand
Dimensions of mechanism:
When retracted: 34.875” wide x 7.375” deep x 2.75” tall.
Swivel legs extend 4″ to either side for a total depth of 11″ when setup.
Materials:
- The body is brushed aluminum with shiny chrome plated end caps. The end caps are held on with magnets and come off so you can adjust the tension and pin the banner roller for transport.
- Aluminum telescoping pole with secure lock points.
- Aluminum Top Rail; clamps onto the banner and fits into the aluminum pole. It features soft ends to keep the rail from damaging the banner in transport.
Carrying Case
Dimensions:
35.75” wide x 8” deep x 3” tall
Construction:
Lightly padded, made of black nylon with an adjustable nylon carry strap and nylon zipper.
Leader
One comes with your mechanism. (Extra ones can be ordered separately if you like.) Designed to be attached to the banner by a sticky strip, but easily removed from the mechanism. It attaches to the mechanism by a metal strip that fits into a magnetized slot in the mechanism roller. This allows you to have multiple banners with one mechanism. A big help if you are overseas and need different banners for different events.

The leader is 34 1/2″ wide x 14″ long

Nylon with a metal magnetic strip to connect to the base unit. Sticky strip allows you to easily attach banner.

There is bleed at the top and bottom but not on the sides. Please include the bleed as indicated on the templates. When set up correctly your…

The bleed is important to make sure white lines do not show at the top and bottom and so we can mount them in the banner stand.
Submitting designs
Illustrator AI, InDesign, Photoshop PSD, and JPG files included.
You may use these templates to send us your concepts or you may do the design yourself. If you do that please see our Graphic Guidelines.
- Use the templates and include the bleed on the template. (hide or delete the template before submitting)
- Templates include specs for making full height banners. If you want a shorter banner just ask us for a custom template.
- Submit files at 300 dpi or high quality printing.
- Submit designs with layers intact if possible. In most software save as a PDF. This lets us do color or other corrections more easily.
- Turn fonts to outlines or rasterize them.
