About this product
Our 34″ wide retractable features a sturdy telescoping pole, letting you easily adjust your display from 85 3/8” tall down to 34″ tall and anywhere in between.
Easy to set up: swivel the feet out, put in the pole in the hole in the back of the mechanism case, pull up the banner and hook it to the top of the pole, set to your desired height and you are done.
This product can be set to different heights. The telescope pole easily adjusts and locks into your desired height with no slippage.
We print on a high quality substrate.
Printed on high quality textured substrate. If you provide your own design we carefully check over your files and do any color correction or fix pixelation if needed, up to 1 hour free.

We provide professional graphic design services at $20 per hour.

Printed Banner
Materials:
Full-color print on high quality textured substrate with high quality printing.
Measures:
- Full Banner itself, with bleed is 85.75″ tall x 33.6″ wide
- With banner in stand display is 81.755″ tall x 34.5″ wide (part of the banner is wound inside the display)
Mechanism: 25.5" Retractable Banner Stand
Dimensions of mechanism:
When retracted: 24.125” wide x 3.5” deep x 3.75” tall.
Swivel legs extend 4″ to either side for a total depth of 11″ when setup.
Materials:
- The stand’s body is brushed aluminum with retractable mechanism (similar to a window shade), which rolls the banner up inside to protect it when it is stored.
- Telescoping Aluminum pole with two plastic adjustment areas
- An aluminum top rail with plastic end caps. Clamps securely onto the banner. The plastic end caps hold it closed. The pole fits into a slot in the back giving a smooth look.
Carrying Case
Black nylon fabric with a nylon liner and nylon zipper. Adjustable nylon carry strap allows you to carry it by hand or over the shoulder.

Setting up templates
If you are using a software other than InDesign or Illustrator please set up your artboard
- 85.75″ tall x 33.6″ wide
There is bleed at the top and bottom but not on the sides. Please include the bleed as indicated on the templates. When set up correctly your
- Visual design area = 81.75″ x 33.6″
The bleed is important to make sure white lines do not show at the top and bottom and so we can mount them in the banner stand.
Submitting designs
Illustrator PDF, InDesign, Photoship PSD, and PNG files included.
You may use these templates to send us your concepts or you may do the design yourself. If you do that please see our Graphic Guidelines.
- Use the templates and include the bleed on the template. (hide or delete the template before submitting)
- Templates include specs for making full height banners. If you want a shorter banner just ask us for a custom template.
- Submit files at 300 dpi or high quality printing.
- Submit designs with layers intact if possible. In most software save as a PDF. This lets us do color or other corrections more easily.
- Turn fonts to outlines or rasterize them.
